I've downloaded the "Sync" program off HTC's website on both my office and home computer and I've got nothing.  When the program loads and the phone is connected via the USB cable it says, "No device connected".  I've changed the settings on the phone to--Sync, Disk Drive, and the only thing I can get it to do is charge the battery.  I've read other tech support forums and this seems to be a issue.  Has anyone here figured it out.
