Well look at it this way, do you have a dashboard navigation device in you car? How about a cell phone? Did you ever want the ability to call 911 and have them send an abulence to your cell location?
Who uses GPS?

Low Accuaccy WAAS type or CG Beacon
first responders, fire ambulence police
911 cell location tracking
Aircraft navigation
Ships coastal, river barge traffic
Freight tracking, trucking companies auto log book systems, fleet tracking, locomotives, delivery services like UPS and FedEx
DOD
most all Federal branches down to the Forest Service
The Census B gps'ed the location of your front door last year.
Electric companies, COOP has the location of every power pole located with GPS for record keeping.
Telephone companies, same deal easier to send repairmen to damaged junctions by gps location.
Auto and personal navigation devices, millions sold out there

High Accuaccy, WAAS enhanced, Omnistar, RTK
Surveyers,
highway dept state and Fed
Agriculture
Construction, RTK is replacing laser leveling on many machines

Sorry about your goegraphic location but the rest of us have multiple 4G carriers availible. There also already exist a few satilite internet providers, have been there for years.
