Yes rtx is new. It's got 1.5" accuracy year to year and it also includes glonass sats. If you are within the fast convergence time area rtx will converge in 2 minutes, but you have to get the RTK unlock to get the fast convergence and it's $1,850 per year. It's not bad considering no radio, cell modem, or glonass unlock price.
