we use the weller guns pretty much exclusively in our "back room" we have several of the 140 watt guns, that i like to use. then we have one of the bigger 260 watt units. also have a couple of the really small pen style butane powered. for our toolboxes in the service vehicles we have one of the 140watt guns, and several butane powered units. i usually grab the butane torch for alot of stuff. no tip, just use the flame, but smaller stuff i like the small weller gun.
they sure eat up tips if you use them alot.
