can a yield monitor be fooled? Sure. It's just a computer, so it's only as good as the operator.
What could "fool" a yield monitor? Incorrect header width... incorrect distance cal... incorrect actual weight... incorrect actual moisture... incorrect vibration/zero value... incorrect cal number... incorrect logging height setting... probably other values as well
