Access in the map tree on the left side of the Map page. Right click the line where is says Corn Harvest or whatever you have set up for your task. As bmatteson said do not edit the original although you could unload it again from either the card or archive. One thing you should be doing is copying the RCD file to a folder on your hard drive before unloading. I create a folder in My Documents called Greenstar Data (year). Where year is the current year. I have folders within that folder for Corn Harvest, Wheat Harvest etc. to copy each RCD folder into. Later down the road if you want to use another program you will have the raw data in the original format. Once you unload it into APEX it changes the files so that they are not as easily read by 3rd party software packages.
