NW IL | It came off our tractor. After the tractor was warmed up from running all day, if you went to idle and walked away as it sat it would rev back up. The only way to slow it down was to put it in gear and let the clutch out, then it would idle down and be fine. The local mechanic could not tell what was doing it so we told him to replace the 3 main possiblities. He replaced the ecm, wiring harness, and governor. Tractor runs great now.
