are you writing your own scripts?? sounds like the zones are set up to change right at the line on the zone.. we write ours to start changing before the zone change,
if im in a 50 lb zone and the next zone is 150lb,, the changes take place in steps so when i get to the 150lb zone thats where im at. Helps with not "wigging" the rate controler out so much
