Central MN | Quiet cab, good visability, aim comand, and overall much lighter. We do some strip-till now and if we go across the field with less wieght it can't be a bad thing. I am not happy with the tracks in our bean fields after going through them 2 to 3 times. I always thought the 4930 was balanced pretty good so it wasn't for the balance. Our Deere dealer gave us a trade price on going to the 4940 and I thought it was a little steep, traded to a 4430 Case for less than half of what the Deere dealer wanted and I gained Aim, leather cab, and a Raven Viper vs a John Deere 2600 with no activations. | |
