This one doesn't seem like that. It effects all search engines, and majority of the time just sends me to some advertisement page, sometimes a page that my antivirus stops. But if I just back out back to the search page and reclick the link everything is fine. Malaware hasn't found anything.
I had the one you were referring to a couple of months back.
