They replaced it under warranty with a refurbished D2. About 1/3 of the glitches are still there; they must be inherent to the Android OS. Especially annoying is the Bluetooth. Sometimes it is clear as a bell, other times is it scratchy as h*ll. (The headset is brand new.)
