Not totally, Zephyr Plus is L1 and L2 so you can use this one only for GPS. Ag25 is L1, L2, L2C and L5 so this one is GNSS (GPS+GLONASS). So if you've a broken Z-Plus you can use an Ag25 as replacement, and vice versa will work only with GPS. If you use Glonass you'll need a Ag25 or a Zephyr model 2.
