Same accuracy if using DGPS. Yes they will work with a 250, just set the antenna type to AG15 when it asks for Patch/Ag15.
Z Plus is L2 antenna, it can be used for Omnistar/RTK.
AG15 is L1 only, it can only pick up DGPS.
