John Burleson Hyde County, North Carolina | Posted a few weeks ago that my mouse doesnt want to work on laptop. Discovered that when I plug in my printer to the laptop the mouse freezes. Someone mentioned I need to download the drivers for that printer from canon website. This is a new printer, canon ip100. Computer worked fine together when I first started using them together then started having problems. Recently had vista removed on laptop and windows 7 installed. Canon has specific drivers you can download for the ip100 and they have drivers that appear to be univeral.....says it will fix any problems no matter what canon you have. Which do I use? Thanks. |
