Subject: JD 1990 half width clutch problem

SE IL

I have a 2010 1990 with the half width disconnect. It was working fine sowing wheat last fall but yesterday when I started planting beans the right clutch would not turn. It takes power (12 volts) to cause the clutch to stop turning. The plug going to the clutch has power all the time. I don't see any mice damage (although it could be inside the tube the main harness runs through) or any other cuts or such. Has anyone seen this before? Could it be the controller or switch box? Causing me to use extra seed. Thanks for any help.
