NW IA | Anyone know how to keep autopilot from kicking out when the FMX goes from fixed to float mode? We are running Iowa CORS via cell signal on a slingshot, and either the cell network drops for a bit or the CORS takes a momentary hiatus, but we lose correction for a few moments here and there, and the FMX goes into float mode. There is no warning, and all of a sudden you're wandering off path, and you look down, and the thing is in float and autopilot wont engage. I wouldn't care if the correction quality was 6 inches or a foot at that point, as long as it kept going. But when you're not using markers, you're SOL and make some very unattractive point rows right in the middle of the field. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. | |
