| This article backs up what I have been saying all along. Issues with Android are due to a lousy app ecosystem. I was not terribly impressed with the Droid 1 hardware, but they weren't anything I could not live with - and many of the newer higher end Android phones have overcome them. My opinion is that a bone stock Android phone with no apps other than those that came with the OS would be relatively stable. Start adding apps and sooner or later, you will start seeing annoying bugs start to appear.
