NESD | If you indeed receive the display with the activation intact then you are safe, a deactivation code has to be entered in the display to deactivate it and move it to another display. The only way it can be done otherwise is by having a DTAC case stating that the display has failed and there is no way to enter a deactivation code then Stellar Support can re-issue an activation code with authorization from DTAC. | |
