Im from Canada and had the same problem this spring. My tech had no option but to do a hard reboot. To do this I think you have to hold the 1 and 2 buttons down while powering up the unit and keep holding till the display comes on. You will lose everything in there. All your fields and implement settings will be gone unless you have saved them on your computer. We had no other option
