try to use a pen for tuchscreen calibration. If it won´t work, it should be send in for repair.


I'm pretty sure it says "Do Not Use Sharp Objects to Calibrate Touchscreen" in the first warning that comes up when you enter the Calibrate screen. If it won't cal with your finger, send it back to the dealer.

There is also a "rough" calibration procedure available from startup, where you press and hold the bottom button (dimmer) on the rear of the screen when pressing the power button to start the display. (I haven't done it myself, but saw it on an old support note).
