I would look at the rephasing cylinders. I have a flex with 8 cylinders and had the same problems some times. It also rasies slow, still does raise slow but haven't had any trouble with the wing wheels not wanting to extend since. I did both the inter cylinders on main frame they are the rephasing ones on a flex anyway and the one between rows 11-12 its a rephasing to.
