| We have a user who states his row alarms don't sound when rows are not planting. This is his first year with this planter. Pro-600, using overlap control (vers. 25 - doesn't want to stop planting for software upgrades).
We've checked all the potential issues through assist and everything seems to check out. We've worked with him on product set-up and management, etc.
This seems to be very intermittent, so we've not been able to be on location when it occurs.
Anyone have any tips of what we're missing?
