Paxton, IL
does it seem to apply the correct rate? ie does your boom pressure line up with what it should be, done catch tests to double check what the monitor thinks it's doing? I would suggest double checking the flow sensor setting in the 750 (I forget what setup page it's in but it's in there somewhere) that asks you to select between "bypass" and "inline" my system in my patriot was replacing a raven system so it may be different but mine came from the dealer after installation set up as "bypass" and it cause very similar problems. rate was way to high even though it thought it was putting out my target rate of 12gpa. when the 750 can't seem to get the flow under control it just shuts the flow off completely. sounds something like what you are experiencing. I went in and switched the setting from "bypass" to "inline" and the problem was solved immediately. just something to check
