Try taking your P300 direct to the VPro and taking the SmartTrax node out of the equation. This would allow you to start pointing fingers at components instead of objects circling 11,000 miles above the Earth. If the wiggle goes away when the SmartTrax is out of the equation, you might have something. Bad cable? Lose Connection? Bad Node?
Also, I would try playing with the COG filter under GPS tab to see if this cleans up the "wiggle" you are seeing.
