Make sure that the two are connected. We have had a problem with the usb hub going bad. 2 units, one usb completely doesn't work and on the other only one of the ports work's. The problem with it all if you have to use the usb hub. I use the connected farm application to problem shoot the DCM 300. If it say's there "no modem detected" you have a wiring problem. IF you are un-lock to glonass use CMR X if on MN Cors.
