Wyoming | If you have an autopilot you should have the sonalert. If not get one and plug it in. It makes noise constantly. I hate it's shrill screams when I slow down and it warns that my sprayer is using the minimum set rate. I unplug it a lot when I spray. Turning the sounds off in the monitor doesn't work or I would just turn off the alarms. It does make sounds for when you touch the screen, engage, disengage, logging, end of row, loss of RTK, pretty much anything that pops up on the screen will make noise at you. BTW have you went to the monitor setup and under sounds made sure they aren't turned off? On mine that doesn't work like I said, they won't even turn off, but yours could be.
I don't know about when using it as the planter monitor, but when just mapping varieties all I do is hit it anytime not logging and I can change them without leaving the field screen. | |
