NE South Dakota Clark, SD | I have a customer planting with Epro/Smartrax 3D/Ag Leader GPS 2500 on Omnistar XP. This is on a CIH STX 330 with 16/31 planter. He has had excellent luck after we addied a pressure comp. valve. I also have customers using TeeJet Matrix/Field Pilot/Ag Leader GPS 2500 on XP. I like the Raven and Teejet steering because i can use any brand of receiver. I am not locked into a specific brand of receiver. If you are looking at using the IADOT CORS network, you cannot use GLONASS with a Trimble 500/750 or 252/262. With Teejet or Raven you could pick a Phoenix 300 RTK w/ Intuicom or Slingshot or MojoRTK and use GLONASS if needed. |
