Carter Montana | Our pull type does the same thing and I have to close the bypass line a little around half full. What I did was put a regular flow control valve in the bypass line so I can use a toggle switch in the cabto adjust the flow. The beauty of the insight is you can get a pressure sensor and see how much flow you are running through the bypass line right there on the screen. Depending on the product sprayed I'll adjust agitation accordingly. What I ALWAYS do though is close the bypass just before the agitators start making foam in your tank. The other thing I had to do was put a separate line in with a pressure regulator set at 70 pounds or so. When your putting that much product out and shut it down at the end of the field, well that liquid needs to go somewhere. This helps that problem. | |
