Thank you.  It wasn't a standout on my computer.

When I did try to install it it didn't work using the "run" option.  I ended up downloading the CAB file and going into that and running the exe file.  However even that didn't work.  I had to turn off the active x guard in IE9 and still nothing.  Then after a reboot and looking at the different camera's it asked if I wanted to install the necessary active X.  I let it and then it did nothing.  Then after a while it popped up an install window and I okayed that.  Finally it's working. 

I might as well run Linux if anymore sites are that poor at installing stuff.  And why you can't view it in Firefox the most popular browser is also a mystery.
