Hi Betsy, Like the other poster stated Norton is a pain though if the computer is used for business I think you owe it to your associates to use a paid for security product. If the Norton product is within 3 months of expiration I'd recommend switch to an ESET business level of protection. For now you should start using IE9 unless you're running XP then you need think about upgrading to either Vista or Windows 7. If using XP now try this download of Arora browser it's a bit like Chrome but actually more secure. Otherwise email Norton Tech and tell them to fix the false flag occurring in their software about Flash and then it should download if not other options are outlined above. |
