| I am using Neat on a Mac and it's working fine. Would like to have them refine their filing capability's, but it's not bad. OCR software seems to be pretty good.
Tried a Mac program called Paperless, but was not impressed with it.
I would try to update all your drivers again, maybe uninstall and put it back on again. It's not like it's a new program. I did write them about a couple things I would like to see changed and they got back to me within about 24 hours.
