West Kentucky | Do you honestly believe that all of this is being paid for with cash? If so, you may have your head under the same rock. In any business, there should be an opportunity for profit. For several years, people barely slid by. Now people are making a profit and should feel guilty about it? We have both cash rents and share rents. The rents that I am the most comfortable with are share, but they also tend to be the ones that the landlords make the most money on. | |
