Buddy has Windows 7 Home Premium and loves one old program for his business.  You can't upgrade the old program and it only runs in XP.  I told him to upgrade to Win 7 Ultimate.

He has the 64 bit version of Home Premium now.  Are there going to be problems?  I thought this was going to be simple for him but now I'm concerned.
