You can use a DVD to produce a progressive installation disc which includes the O/S and all service packs also any updates. In addition it may have any security software and or productivity software also on it.

Just insert into optical drive and reboot, windows will then re install automatically and all other programs will follow suit. One disk feed it to the computer then walk away.
