S.E. Sask. | I'm trying to install the software from disk for a video capture device on my laptop. Its the DVC 80 with Pinnacle system software.
Whenever I try to install I get the popup window stating "access denied insufficient rights" To install the software you must have administrators rights. Please log in as administrator and try again.
How do I log in as administrator? I am the only user on this laptop running windows 7 and I assumed I was already the administrator.
I never had this problem on the old desktop running windows xp but it has lost its sound system so I'm attempting to install the same software on laptop. | |
