Sometimes when I open up a window from another page, it locks up when I try to close it.  The only way to close it is to close IE (Vista) and reopen it.  If I restore last session, most of the time I can then close that window, but not always, so I usually open IE back to my home page.  Any thoughts as to why this is happening.  It is not specific to certain sites.
