It's not running multiple programs when the problem occurs. Just media player, or Chrome watching a video on YouTube. I don't think it's a virus since I run multiple scans weekly (but I could be wrong). Also run a registry scan. I don't believe it's overheating, it never seems to run loud or hard. I guess I'll have to check on the rest.
