| Grandson loves his new laptop but I am now even more of a doubter of Kaspersky. When he first tried using his computer it was very, very slow. I asked my SIL, who is a supervisor in CAT's computer divison, to take a look at it. Even though we had paid Best Buy almost a $100 to have the computer settup & all backups made very little had been done to it , but that's a different story. While trying to download all the new updates, almost 20 from Microsoft alone plus several from HP the computer crashed 13 times on the first download & ran like molasses at 0ยบ. :~((
SIL finally determined it was Kaspersky causing the problems and deleted it & downloaded Avast. Computer now works as it should and all downloads were performed in short order.
The site your link directs a person to may highly recomend Kaspersky but so far on three computers it's been a nightmare. | |
