If you sell grain today and it goes up 20 cents tomorrow, do they let you 'redo'?  This isn't your problem.  I would not pay it but keep records of where it was overapplied.  If you know where it is and see a yield increase because of the over app, pay them some extra to cover some of the cost of the N.
