Subject: Good small digital pocket size camera??

Phone camera is handy but never been pleased with pic quality of the VGA cam on the Razor. Handy to Bluetooth to pc but fuzzy and grainy quality. Don't really want to pack the little Sony and mess with the case so I don't tear it up or damage it. Would like to find a handy little device that wouldn't be to big to carry but give better quality than phone cam. Any suggestions?
