I would think either the power supply or the mother board or both. There are a lot of sales going on and with Black Friday coming up--Oh boy. Chicken plucking time.

Then there is are other places like walmart, sam's club, etc. Deals, to many deals. By the way, I am not there to see what is happening as your computer boots up, and it might be something else that is wrong. With a new computer, you get W7 and a short warranty. Put a MOBO and it gets blasted by the PS and you are out the money that you spent.
