| Ernie, once you connect it to your computer with the USB cable, open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) and see if there is another drive listed. You could also click Start>My Computer and see if there is another drive listed.
If you see another drive, click on it, you should find your pictures to copy to your computer.
Lots of USB devices with memory show up as another drive. I just copied some videos from a video camera to my laptop using Windows Explorer. It's likely your phone will show up as another drive, particularly if your computer recognizes it. | |
