| How about you just disable the proxy sever that the infection set up........................
The disc that the ISP sends out is really good for target practice.............. it has no other practical use.
I have cleaned hundreds of infections ........... never seen a network card driver be an issue.
I have seen some anti-products be the issue. They often are damaged by the infection. If this is the case be prepared for a damaged install that won't unistall easily.
If any of this sounds like greek ....................... it really may be best to take it to a reputable computer dude ..............
