Cannons website says when you get this code, the ink cartridge wasn't installed properly......I did it the same way before and haven't had any problems. This didn't seem to start happening until we put office depot cartridges in instead of cannon. office depot said they've been getting complaints about their cartridges. We went back to cannon and still have the problem. Appreciatea any help.
