The version of Flash that works on Firefox, Opera and possibly others isn't the same as the version that works on Explorer, so you need both. Try going to the Adobe Flash site with Explorer and download the newest version. The link is way down in the lower left corner of the page. http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
