If you have a website you can upload the file to the website and then provide a link in an email to that file, the other person clicks on the link to download and then you remove the file.

Most of you have a website even if you don't know it.  In our area we have multiple ISP's and each one gives you between 5 and 10MB of webspace.  If you check with them they will tell you the address of your web area and how to access it.

In many cases you can use Internet Explorer in the same manner you use Windows Explorer to drag a file from your computer to your website.
