ecpa | I have never loaded songs on one of these but my grandson has. His first one got broken so now we are on the third one trying to load songs. We are having no luck. We have been using Windows Media and that is not working at all. Secondly we tried copy and paste and that did not work, I saw the file transfer on the screen but upon opening the mp3 it says the disc is empty. We did use the install disc and named the mp3.
