I may be wrong, but I would bet that he's talking about a dry fertilizer tender.  None of your options will help with that.

The Del Peterson suggestion is what I would recommend.  They seem to have a good supply of tenders at their auctions.  I haven't been to look at them, but I was surprised at how low some of the prices were on completed sales.  Maybe there's a reason, or maybe old tenders just don't have much of a market.
