Portland, ND | There are lots of them around here, they are about 3-4000 grand. Google tatou. It is truly amazing how much snow they can go thru. I have a set on my 500 4 wheeler, it will go thru ALMOST anything. It really sucks when you get stuck, either another unit like it or a tractor is the best way to get them out.
Your wife will not let you in the house after using them in the mud, though:)
Some of the old ones dont reduce the speed much, but are tough to use in high gear, and tough on drive belts. | |
