It is going to be hard (impossible?) to find anything that you can run through a laser printer that will hold up outdoors.

To do your own custom work, maybe the pouch idea from Hayburner above will work.

Try a laminator, and attach it with some super adhesive of some sort. You can get a decent laminator for a modest investment, and put any printed product inside it you want.
